That's right - the front should be specified as "for IFS" or "reverse rotation." Ford also made a 8.8" rear end and those gears won't work for you.

Yea, let the tuner device know you've changed gears. I believe there is a section in the settings that allows you to change that value.

if you have a tune you can gain some lost power back. Still tire size would be what i would do first.
