Default Rattle when turning

Anyone have any idea what’s causing this rattle? It seems to only rattle when turning in either direction. I don’t think it’s the u joints in the steering columns but it’s definitely something around that area. It almost sounds like a plastic rattle.

Not sure if the video will work. I had to upload it to google docs because i don't know how to convert a file to mp3 off my phone.

Figured out the problem. I pulled the panel underneath the steering wheel. There’s a metal plate underneath that. The screws were all loose on it and one fell out and was rattling. Put the screws back in and there’s no problem now.
