Default Raptor Steering Wheel Not compatible??

so i installed a Raptor Steering wheel (Part #BL3Z-3600-CB) but no longer have my Phone, or Cruise Control buttons.

My 2009 FX4 just has the sync with sony audio system.

Is there a Part number i should be looking for that has a harness that would keep those functions in tact?

any solutions here?

If I google 2010 raptor interior I see a wheel that matches mine but I can't seem to track the part number down. Tasca incorrectly almost sold me just the modified leather wheel. Can find a '10 raptor part list anywhere

Pull the switch packs out of your old wheel and put them in the new wheel.

Just a shot in the dark.

Embarrassed to ask but how do i do that? do they just pop off? I brought the wheel to a bodyshop and they installed, would prefer not to have to go back to them

i think it has something to do with the harness, the guy at the shop was saying.

it's weird cause my phone button doesn't pick up either, but i can always hit the button on the dash to pick up. im more bummed my cruise control doesn't work

It's not hard, infact I'm surprised you don't know because you had the ability to remove the airbag\horn

Google fordtechmakuloco f150 steering wheel buttons

Of course he would say that its the harness, either the harness or the buttons have to change lol
