My understanding is they are not looking to create a way to put a raptor grill on standard F150, but to make a Grill that looks like the Raptor grill, an insert if you will.

Is that a correct understanding?

Also as far as the hood, if the colors matched, especially on a darker paint I dontthink the small gaps would be very noticable.

 

Mcneil racing offers a raptor grill u just have to paint it. Comes white. 200 bucks and fits f150 .

Not exactly identical but similiar and closest thing i have found to resemble the raptor grille.

I called it will fit up to 11'. Thats what i have. There number is on facebook if you have questions. I called for myself and am going to get one.

 

Stay excited. There is a pic with the white grill on a blue f150. If u click the pic and go to that facebook user and check his pic it will show the finished product which i believe is a 2011.

Yes. Thats correct and its fiberglass not metal so yours would def hold up better.
