Default Raptor Conversion

I managed to snag some front Raptor fenders and am planning on doing a conversion to my 2010 S-Crew. I will preface things by saying, I'm not looking for a full off-road conversion. The truck is my daily driver, and I like the looks of the Gen I Raptor. I'm only looking to get the aesthetics and not the performance. Still on the prowl for a hood and valance, but I once I purchase the balance of parts, I'll be taking it to get all mounted up. I plan on upgrading the wheels and tires, and I know there is a width issue by replacing the fenders, but I figure I can overcome that with spacers. The rear end, is where I am at a loss. I have a 6.5ft bed, and will probably go with the Fiber Werx bed, but what to do about the width issue. Short of replacing with a Raptor rear or having the existing rear brought to Raptor spec, what other options are there?
