Default Range selector

Got a 2011 f150 5.0 with 6r80 transmission. Putting standard transmission on and wondering how to bypass the range selector so vehicle will start

Good luck. That generation truck was only built with automatic transmissions. The starting system logic is built into the PCM and BCM.

If you had to ask that question, it's pretty clear you haven't done your homework yet on what all might be involved in such a project.

...Auto *is* the standard transmission.... I'm guessing you mean manual transmission? Cool project, but yeah, good luck, not sure if anyone has done/publicised that conversion before.

You'll need to discuss that with the person that's creating the custom tune that's required for the PCM to not freak out at the disappearance of the transmission.
