Fissues, Ford850, and SP1,

Have you taken your trucks to the dealer to have them take a look?

Ashley, thank you for getting this case started!

You're welcome, Bob! I'm glad to see things are progressing nicely.

I haven't taken mine in to the shop for this issue. I'll wait till my next scheduled service but it doesn't bother me. I kind of expect a few probs with sooo many bells n' whistles. No worries here but thanks again Ashley!

Like I said, mine's sporadic with no pattern to recreate it. I'd be wasting their time and mine until I know they will be able to recreate the issue. I'll follow this thread in case someone else has a sure fix or way to recreate the same issue I have.
Thanks

Follow my updates. I am able to reproduce my issue and to be quite honest, mine is starting to get become more frequent. Truck manufacture date is 4/2013 and I have had the truck since 7/17/13.

Mine was built 5/1/13 in KC. My remote start/climate control settings are all on 'Auto'. When I remote start it, the screen says "OFF" but it is actually running with the fan on and cooling (warm here now). Is yours set to 'Auto', or 'Last Setting'?

Fissues and Ford850,

No problem! I'm here if you need anything in the future.

Last Setting for Heat and A/C all others are Auto and this was per Ford's instructions.

What happened to this thread? My 2013 Platium has been in the dealership for 3 days trying to recreate this same problem.
