Default Random brake engaging?

Out of curiosity I was wondering if anybody else has a kind of rubbing or dragging sound when moving from a dead stop and occasionally when downshifting to pass on the highway. It seems also that not all the power is being used for that 1.5 second. Anybody know of the TCS or ABS is engaging for no reason?

I guess I'm the only one with this issue?

If you're concerned, you can always have your dealership take a look, GeorgiaMike. Let me know what they have to say; feel free to PM if you need me to step in and assist.
