Have you contacted the company to get a response? I would never in my life just pitch something and spend more money on something without trying to contact the company when a product is still under warranty.

I have mine set at 1. Where I live are a bunch of aggressive speed bumps and my girlfriends fusion can take them better then my truck.

I'm running fronts at 5 and rears at 4 right now which seems to be working well over a mix of asphalt and dirt roads.

Maybe i should get my alignment checked. Most people say setting 7 in front, I've settled at 3. It might just be the massive amounts of potholes in lower NY but i feel like im getting thrown around my truck at 7. I also have stock rears, Could that be why?

Alignment has nothing to do with it. They are a stiffer shock than stock i.e. off road meaning they will not be as cushy as OEM but will hug it better overall.

Mine are set to 0.
Tried to adjust the rears yesterday and after owning them for 6 months the adjustment ***** refused to turn and snapped off.
They'll end up in the dumpster along with the QL's.
Good ol' American junk.
Rancho ends up on the wall of shame and deleted from my signature.
