Radio didn't play when vehicle turned off "battery saver"

For those of you who are using a cigaret lighter volt meter, does anyone other than GSXR1216 see the voltage dropping down to the 13 volt range? He is the only one I see who mentions it, my truck does the same, which makes me think the voltage regulator could be the problem for a small percentage of us.
Voltage was 12.5 when parked and when I checked after 4 days 11.2 volts without touching the vehicle. After unlocking the doors 10.5 volts. Turned the key and noticeably slow to crank.
I think in another day or two it would not start.
Mine is a 13 XTR fully loaded with options 11500 km on it now. Was $52k last May when I bought it new.
I've escalated the issue with Ford and I'll be calling them back about this latest find. It's been in about 4 or 5 times so far for this.

I had to travel last weekend and left my truck in the garage with the voltmeter plugged. Garage is heated and truck is absolutely stock. Everything off doors locked and only thing is the voltmeter plugged in.

I cant remember all that has been posted in 65 pages about your truck…… has your truck been draw tested? Battery been replaced ever???
As for your case with Ford I hope you get better results than I did, but I’m gonna guess they are not going to do jack **** for you except lip service like they did on my case…

I should have been more specific. I am talking about the voltage dropping to 12.8-13 volts while driving.

As for progress, I've been working with them and vice versa.
Throwing a fit has done anyone any good. My truck has a parasitic draw like yours. They will never give me a new truck because this is Canada and let's face it, we have pretty lousy consumer protection. So the best I'm going to get here maintaining a good relationship with the dealer and Ford service and see if we can solve this.
At least they return my phone calls and talk to me.

OK I'm stubborn. I wanted to do my test whether it had validity or not. Pulled the + cable for about 30 minutes thinking that might kill off a drain from software issue as conger has been told is the issue. I suppose when I reconnected the computer knows its last state and turned back on the leak.
Prior to pulling the cable 100% full battery. 15 hours later, 65%
Going to the dealer.

Yes and yes. To answer your question.

Ok, well your appears to have constant draw then if your constantly losing voltage, which I would think you or the dealer could track down fairly easily by pulling circuits and using a meter?
Mine unfortunately has an very intermittent draw which kills it in under 12 hours when it does happens... Ford service will talk to me and return my calls also, the problem is what they say is the same thing every single time " we will continue to try to solve the issue, but at this time there is no known fix"
