Radio didn't play when vehicle turned off "battery saver"

Compleckz, I had similar issues with my driver door & the remote. Eventually with less than 4000 miles on the truck they replaced the door latch assembly. I gave up on the battery saver alert about 3 years ago & removed the sensor from the battery cable. No more warnings. The dealer kept saying it was working as it was designed to.

I replaced the battery a few months before my '14 was 4 years in service. Like @compleckz , with a heavier-duty Motorcraft battery. That was 10 months ago, and the Battery Saver message has not returned since.
I still plug in the Deltran Battery Tender overnight occasionally, to make sure it is fully charged

Unplugged my chargers and obd dongle, truck sat 13 hours and the keyfob unlocked it. According to torque, the "control module" voltage was 12.0v, and the voltage at the obd port was 11.1v. Started truck and those changed to 14.2v and 13.1v. Drove 20 minutes and turned truck off, no battery saver message. But this has been intermittent, so this isn't a sure thing that's its over.
I'm not sure what the voltage at the obd port should be, but the alternator must charging for me to see over 12v anywhere. I tought I read in this thread the alternator barely charges on short trips or idling, though. Will get back into it after work.
If I decide to mess with the battery ring, can it just be unplugged? I read somewhere in here someone removed it from the cable and left it plugged it, but I don't see a reason to remove it, unplugging it should do the trick, unless that causes the computer to freak out.
Also I plan to replace the ignition tumbler, whether it is contributing to this issue or not.
Thanks for the responses.

I replaced my battery about a month ago and when I drove it the next day I received the message. Unhooked the plug on the negative side and have not had the message since.

'see' the ring and there won't be any current flowing through it, the result is no charging and when the battery voltage drops too low the truck goes
into limp mode. (Ask me how I know) The safest way to get good charging is to unplug the ring from it's harness.

Truck cranked abnormally slow after 10 hours at work, so I unplugged the negative terminal ring, drove for 30 minutes, voltage was similar to what I read with the ring plugged in, 14.4v CM, 13.3v OBD. Hopefully I can get the battery charged up better with the alternator alone, as my battery tender is on my ranger which is in storage right now. Ordered the ignition tumbler tonight also.
I used to be very active on The (Ford) Ranger Station forums back when I was big into wheeling, but I sort of abandoned forums for Facebook. There just isn't the same quality information and helpful people on the groups there.
Thanks again for the responses.

Replaced ignition tumbler with the Dorman 924717, dash light flicker when jiggling the key went away, feels much more solid too.
Unplugged negative terminal sensor.
Driven multiple long trips.
Didn't fix or reduce the battery saver/keyfob issue.
I definitely have to leave the cell charger unplugged overnight, that is at least exacerbating the issue for me. I've left dash cam, gps, cell charger, etc plugged into always-on outlets in half a dozen other vehicles for years without issue, this is pretty ridiculous. Also, the truck only rarely had this issue in the past 1.5 years, now it is constant.

Hi everyone,
If you're experiencing this concern, the first step is to get this into the hands of your dealership so they can document and diagnose the issue. Once that has occurred, PM me with your information so I can get involved as well. In your message, please include your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership.
