Howdy,

I have a weird problem with my radio. It changes channels at random. Only on radio. I thought it might be the steering wheel buttons but I swapped the entire switch pack approximately 1-year ago so they are practically brand new. If I play a CD or any other means of audio, the track doesn't change so to me, that eliminates any issue caused by the button. Something to note: the truck just moved from a very warm climate (Georgia) to a very cold climate (Ohio) within the last month. Does this have anything to do with it or coincidence? I have noticed that if I go to the fuse box on the inside passenger side and remove Fuse 2 (which is a complete PITA to get to) and then put it back in, the problem stops but will eventually come back in the next trip or two after turning off the truck. Google searches showed some people over the years having this issue in a wide variety of Ford vehicles but I couldn't find a solution anywhere. I have also done the SYNC factory reset and it did not help at all.
