You guys must seriously underestimate my patience with even this kind of stuff. Haha! I would rather just pay to have it pre made and be done with it. I contacted this guy on Facebook, but it looks like it's been inactive since about 2013. This is the only comparable option I've found: https://www.bugscreenwarehouse.com/p...g-screen-ford/

I think I have $13.00 and about 10 minutes in making mine, including the screen, grommet punch and grommets

Its easy. Measure, cut and install grommets. I'd list it as a .5 out of 10 on the difficult scale.

I thought about that after I used one of those to fill that hole in the bumper.

Default Fia grill protector

I use a Fia Grill protector. Comes with a Screen for warm weather and a heavier cover for winter which makes a huge difference in my 10 minute drive to work in warm up time. Thinking about modifying both to go around the Ford emblem. https://gofia.com/product-category/w...n-combination/

That may work but it is pretty ugly.
