I am looking at buying a 2010 FX4 crew cab. Does anyone know if my a.r.e. cover off my 05 FX4 with the same bed will fit. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

That's is the old body style the new body style the box is actually a different size now pretty sure it won't fit.

 

The tail gate area sticks out approx. 11/2" more than the old one. I took my ARE cover from my 06 and made a filler panel out of a piece of 1 x 3 plastic trim and a router. Attached it with two sided body tape. Then installed the cover moved back slighty. Have sense installed it on the 2011. Still to have repaint it. Also have transfered the bedrug from the 06 to the 09 then to the 2011.
