question on tuner and programmers for a new CAI
hey all, im looking into getting a K&N CAI for my 2009 5.4L. i heard alot that you have to tune, reprogram the computer some say just remove the negative termenial of the battery and the computer resets itself to the new CAI. anyone familier with this please help thanks
