Default Question: Right Dash Slot
Has anyone come up with a good reason this slot is in dash? (right or radio, under air vent) see picture…

I suppose it could be used for anything you wanted to use it for. Your Bluetooth with work with 2 cell phones. A passenger could use it for their cell phone if it's small enough.

I put my iPod in there. And I put my iPhone in the drivers side slot (where the trailer brake controller goes)

Could get creative and mount a programmer there somehow so it's out of sight. Haven't figured out how yet but could be cool!

It's supposed to have the sync thing in it my dads super duty has the sync in it and that's what's there..

looks to me like maybe it is just there for symmetrical purposes...to match the other side. the sync is under the radio @ the bottom of the dash in the f150's
