Lol, yeah if you tracked with the thread (ok, my rant) if you have an address it's not much of an issue. I'm usually needing directions to a bar, restaurant, store, or other business and rarely have an address. And always on the run. I got spoiled by owning a Garmin previously, never needed an address unless going to a private home. With just a business name in hand and needing to get somewhere not so easy with this Nav... Think of the scenario that im meeting buds for a drink before going to the ball game. Meeting at Bar "A" I've never been to and then to the stadium that I'm not sure of how to get to from Bar A. Now i need addresses to both before i leave when I'm used to hopping in the truck and enter Bar A to get there and then when i leave for the stadium i put in the stadium name and the Garmin tells me where to go. Now i have to plan well ahead which isn't my style and a pain in the ****. Maybe it's a matter of me training my buds that if they want me to meet them anywhere they need to give me city and address info. We remember names not meaningless addresses so program the NAV system to operate like we think duh... I can't remember addresses to put in the truck when I get to it. How would the Internet have evolved if we had to know/remember internet addresses instead of names? Maybe I enjoy complaining about the NAV but I do love the truck!
