question about buy back

I've been dealing with the same crap from Ford on my wife's 2012 Focus. They can't fix the clunks and road wandering after having it for almost as much as I have.
They offered me 2,500.00 to leave them alone,
Then 4,000.00, and now I'm waiting for the next offer. I just want them to buy the car back.
They've had the car at least one month and replaced the struts 6 times, lower A arm bushings, adjusted the exhaust, replaced the brakes, and flashed the transmission, as well as a front end alignment.
They car is not any better than it was the first time it went in.
Good luck , Ford will drag it out for at least 3 years according to my lemon law lawyer.
He said they'll drag it out and you'll get tired and just trade it off or you'll take the cash offer.

Dealer said they did and that's normal. I've talked to other focus owners who have no clunk or road wander. I think they're just trying not to buy it back.
I was told I couldn't test drive the only 2012 they had on the lot. It was won in an eBay auction, it didn't have a sold sign in it either. I guess it's just a dealership trying to keep from getting a lemon back.
I bought a new car so I didn't have these kind of problems. They all started at about 1,400 miles and the car has 7,800 miles on it. I've owned it for 1 year now.
I have also tried a different dealer,as well as Ford customer care. They had all parts replaced per the TSB for it. The sound goes away for about 100 miles then comes back again. Ford is aware the suspension has problems. Kinda like the Eco Boost motors they're aware of the problems. They only offer band-aid solutions to these problems.
Good Luck OP !!!

If you get fed up go to your sales guy and tell him your going to get a sign shop to do some nice vinyl decals that say " ask me a out my defective (dealer name) ford truck" large on the back tailgate. That will get their attention.

I told ford that i was going to cut out a big lemon and put it on my tail gate. They don't that I have my own vinyl cutter and I all ready have the digital lemon in my software.
