A question about the 20's
IMO....Pirelli Scorpions are junk for anything other than asphalt. Why ford would put these on a 4x4 is beyond me. Everyone that has them where I live either takes them off or gets stuck. Really...you want to go out in the muck and trails with those? They don't clear mud very well so I can't speak how they would do in the snow.
I would rather have the 18" set up to give me a little more compliance before hitting and bending a rim. I love the 17" set up on the Raptor...rides like a dream. The less sidewall the harder the ride..

If you go on the tire websites the Pirelli Scorpions ATR's actually have good reviews in the snow.
I would MUCH prefer BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A's or even better BF Goodrich T/A KO's, which are awesome All Terrain tires and do wonderfull in the snow.
This is what I will install when I wear out the Pirelli Scorpions ATR's but hopefully these scorpions will do well untill then.
