Has anybody messed with these putco boss mesh grills? I'm looking to get one of these for the wife's black stx. I seen the instructions say the center has to be cut out of the factory grill but the illustration looks like a 6 bar. I know it would have to be cut since it's one piece (like in my truck) but hers is the 2 piece black grill. I'm sure I'll have to mark and drill the holes for the new insert but does anyone know if I'll have to cut anything, like maybe where the factory grill mounts to the surround? Thanks, guys!
