Default Pulling the wire harness

I am thinking about pulling the wire harness that has the transmission wire harness and the O2 valves. Specifically bank one sensor one. I am now getting multiple codes involving bank one sensor one. P0131, p2626, p2195 and p2243. I recently had a code for shift sensor e. I have already changed the shift sensor and the O2 valve. I have new coils and plugs in route. But the truck is running fine. The more research into the codes and the fact that the shift sensor was showing an error

Current fault log
I think I may have a bad wiring harness. I can't find anything on YouTube or Google on how hard it may be to pull. So I figure either it is really simple or it's really hard. Has anybody done this, do you have any tips or tricks? Or am I just wasting my time?

Did you get a new one, yet? How extensive is that one?

It took me about an hour to pull it. It connects the transmission, all 4 O2 sensors, transfer case and something in the R fender well in the engine compartment. I quoted it from Ford at $230 (p/n bl3z-15525-r) but it had to be ordered. So I repaired this one. I isolated the damaged wires, was able to wrap 3 of them and the other three I spliced and wrapped. I wrapped the wire harness with some electrical tape to consolidate the exposed section. I had some 1 inch loom, placed that over the exposed section. Wrapped that in electrical tape, and went all off it with "cool tape". I bought the insulating tape from parts house for $20. I tried to mimic the OEM wrap as much as possible by doing this. I did break the connector for B1S2 O2 sensor so I had to buy a new one ~$80. So I got my time and about $100 in it. It looks like the harness fell off the mounting stud into the exhaust clamp. When I put the harness back on the truck I made sure to properly mount it. I used 550 cord when I pulled the Bank 2 sensors wires over the transmission so I could pull them back the same way they came out. Had to removed B1S1 to pull the ECM connector down from the engine compartment. Took the bolts out of the heat shield over the exhaust so I could reach the harness better by shifting the heat shield around. (10mm on the heat shield)
