Default Ptm bumper touch up paint

So I have a 13 tux black fx4 and the winter roads have chipped quite a few spots on my black bumpers. What's everyone using on the bumpers? I have the tux black touch up but looks like the bumpers are just gloss black

My '11 Lariat has the Pale Adobe painted bumpers and I am seriously looking into getting a color matched Linex on the entire front and portions of the rear. I have located some pictures around the web and seems like it should look good with no worries of chips etc...

Anyone have it done and have some good pics?

I noticed on a search of 2013 colors they use different colors of black... do a search for your year of truck and it shows all the colors used

Truck was bought brand new in sept of 13. It's definitely an almost gloss black compared to the tux black.

Then your truck was repaired on the lot. Any trim level with painted bumpers, unless they are 2 tone, have bumpers the same color as the rest of the truck.

If you have straight ebony UA Ford black on your supposed to be, UH tux black bumper, then the crappy shop, or bumper repair company never checked your paint code prior to painting. Any other evidence of a repair? Excessive dirt in the paint, excessive orange peel?

I even did a small touch up spot to make sure I'm not crazy and there is a slight variation in color. Not much but enough that I can tell. Truck was delivered on the lot on the 19th and I picked it up ten days later from the same spot it sat.

No signs of repair that I can see/tell.

Brush touch ups commonly don't match. Because it is not applied the same way as the original paint, sprayed. Metallics don't lay down like they do when sprayed
