In no way am trying to start a poop storm here but this is priceless advice on any purchase or anything your considering purchasing that is a significant amount of money and plays a critical role on your truck.

You are correct, Joseph is VERY hard to get a hold of. I would look elsewhere in to getting headlights for your f150. I purchased a pair from Jospeh and it has been a nightmare from start to end. I've had these on my truck for 7 months including the fogs and both fogs have water in them(not only condisation but after driving in rain they both are filled 1/2 way to housing almost touching the light) and one led ring has about 9 burnt out bulbs. Tried contacting him to get resolution and I am too experiencing the same lack of communication.

Is it just me or does the person who runs this business/site NEVER reply to you? I've emailed him on 3-4 different occasions and never got a response, then like a week later, he finally responded after trying to reach him for a couple weeks. He said to send him the order but then I never heard back again...its been another week now. SMH
