Default Problems With SYNC and iPhone 4

From the top, about 3 weeks ago the AC in my 2011 SCREW EB took a dump. The week before last my local dealer replaced the evap and heater core case and blower motor speed controller. Ever since I got it back from the service dept (it's gonna half to go back too because the AC is not cooling near as well as it was before it crapped out) my iPhone 4 has been experiencing sync/pairing problems. Before the AC problem it would very seldom pose a problem with making calls, streaming music, etc. Now it'll make calls the way it should most of the time but doesn't stream music from the phone unless I shut down the phone and restart it. If I make a stop and get back in, it happens all over again. Also, the Bluetooth symbols show on the phone and the truck display, but when I tap MEDIA and then BLUETOOTH DEVICES, my phone is shown as the only device, but the blue/green streaming arrows do not show. Also, before this headache started, everytime I would start up the truck, it would say out loud, "Bluetooth connected." it doesn't do this now. Earlier today I called Ford, but the genius I talked to there had no trouble-shooting steps other than a master reset, which fixed it until I shut down the truck and started it back up. Anyone else experience this?

False good alarm. Same *****, different day now. I have to take this piece of crap in for the AC again today. I'll see if they can figure it out. After a miserable experience with Ford when we purchased a brand-new 2001 Exploder, here we go again.

Well, left the dealership. Here's where we are. My truck requires the SYNC's APIM to be replaced. Apparently it has failed, subsequently causing the SYNC system to not work properly.
