Yeah, I spent a fair bit of time with the air compressor prior to removing the boots, but I guess it was tough back there to get it all cleared.

Don't know for sure what it was cause it ended up sucked into the shop vac. Small stone or something I guess. Very black looking from the photos I took while it was in there.

Could have been worse I guess

Hey did your changing the plugs fix your pinging issue? I'm having problems with pinging on my 2010 5.4 with 70k miles.
