Default Problem with my 2010 XLT

I apologize in advance for the wall of text but I'm going to try to be as thorough as possible. The vehicle in question is a 2010 F150 XLT SCrew, 4.6l 3v with 86xxx miles on it. I replaced the EVAP purge valve around 10k miles ago due to its failure. The only modifications that I've made to it is the F250 airbox snorkel and an Edge Evo with canned tunes.(I know I know, I'm saving my pennies for the SCT with 5* tunes) I had the truck tuned to the 93 performance tune until two fill-ups ago and then I switched to the tow tune and started running regular unleaded. I had an issue with the truck this morning. I left my house and got about a mile down the road when I had a sudden loss of power. The engine was still running but at maybe 50% power and I didn't have the CEL come on. I pulled over to the side of the road, popped the hood and didn't see anything amiss.(wasn't really expecting to) I turned around to head back home and as I got closer to the house, the truck started running normal again. I decided to continue on to work and it was fine for the 25~ ride. I was able to pull codes:
P0012-Camshaft Position, Timing Over Retarded Bank 1

P0018-Crankshaft Position Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 'A'

P0022-'A' Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 2)

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

How long since you switched tunes?

Remove the tune, clear the codes and see if it happens again

It's been roughly a month, 700-1000 miles ago. I will try what you suggested. Should I return to stock and then pull the battery cable to reset or just return to stock?

Just try returning it to stock and clearing the codes (if your tuner does it). If it doesnt, return to stock and touch battery cables together.
