Default Problem with Dome Lights

When I was driving home from work today I noticed that my dome lights were on. When I got home I opened and shut every door, but still they remained on. I pushed the lights themselves to see if that would turn them off even though I knew I didn't turn them on, still they remained on. I turned the truck off and locked the doors, and they still remained on. I came back out about 10 or so mins later to see if they were still on, but luckily they had gone off.

Has anybody had this problem before? Any tricks to fixing this that doesn't require a trip to the dealer? I'm worried if it keeps doing this my battery will be drained

All the way to right turns the dome and bed lights on. You want it 3/4 of the way to the right. You will feel a "bump" when you get to maximum brightness. If you go past the bump, you turn you dome and bed lights on.

Y'all are awesome. I moved it to the left of the bump and it's off now. I must have accidentally hit it over. Thanks for the help
