If I'm buying new wheels, do I need a wheel installation kit? Which one?

If you buy wheels made to fit your truck, you just need a jack and a lug wrench.

This is a bigger wheel than my oem 18s. Will my current lug nuts/stems work? I do want locks though.

If you want a certain type of lug or lock get em, the tire shop will put stems on free. You may want to get the Ford sensor stems if you want to keep TPMS

Will the ford sensor stems I currently have on my tires work in the new wheels/tires? Glancing at the prices, they don't look cheap.

yes its part of the valve stem. but you will pay for them to remove them from the stock wheels, and if you ever wanted to use the stock wheels they would need to be rebalanced. So its about the same cost as buying a set of sensors. Dealer I think wants $60 each for them, but you can find a set of 4 on ebay new for about $80-100. I just bought a set because im changing wheels soon.
