Power Step Removal
Hey everyone,
New member here and I’ve been a lurker for a while. I have the factory power steps on my 2010 and I made the decision to remove them as the passenger side is no longer operating properly 100% of the time. I’ve seen plenty of videos and posts about the aftermarket (AMP) steps and installation but can’t find anything on removing power steps.
I wanted to ask if anyone has done this and if you have any tips or things to look out for in removing them. Also any good recommendations on how to sell the one properly operating step?
For the record I’ll be replacing them with the Go Rhino RB20 running boards as I like the look and I get in and out of my truck a lot and the power steps are kind of slow. Thanks for any help!
