Default Potential help

2011 f150 ecoboost 170k miles. I replaced battery and accidently grounded positive terminal for a split second. After new battery was installed I had no power steering and a service traction control light came on. I checked every single fuse and they were all good. I checked the positive terminal on battery and there is a dual fuse like block on it. I think they call it circuit breaker block. I notice one side was blown. I replaced it with a Dorman 30 dollar part and power steering and traction back to normal. Thank God. I hate electrical issues.
