Did you disclose to them that it had a salvaged title? Not sure that they can go back on the deal or not since the paperwork is signed.

I would talk to a lawyer right away. Bring in your paper work.

Yeah you might be SOL there.... Its a legal contract, gotta know what your signing before you put your name on it. If you dont, ask.

When I traded in my old truck a couple months ago I had to sign papers that did say I was trading a vehicle with a clean title. Not sure if all Ford dealers use the same paper work but the dealership I bought from explained it all in detail to me. It was explained to me at that time if it was found that my title wasn't clean that the purchase contract was void. Not sure what their rights are as far as reimbursement but I would definitely dig out your paperwork and see what you signed.

Thats going to be hard to prove if it went to court. You signed it acknowledging it was not a salvaged title.
