What's total BS is both dealers would/will be re-imbursed by Ford as it's a warranty situation. No reason except the first dealers is a total A-hole with that smart *** response. They didn't want to help you with such a minor issue.

It's the difference between good and bad dealers……

BTW… glad the other dealer replaced the damaged part for you………
