Question possible electric problems

New member here. I have a 2013 f150 ccsb fx4 ecoboost.

Anyway on to my problem.Just bought the truck brand new a couple months ago. THe last few days I have noticed that when I shut the truck off my radio and everything on the big screen go straight to shutting down before I have even removed the key or opened the door. It says shutting done to save battery. It just started doing this because I have sat in the truck and finished listening to a song or completed a call before, after turning the key off.
Also sometimes my navi wont pick up where im at or do anything when I touch the navigation tab on the screen. I shut the truck off and turned it back on and it worked fine.
I dont think I have changed any settings for that if there is any anyway? Should I take it into ford and let them take a look since its under warranty?

Beat me to it kidastra!
Good luck, it seems people are still fighting this issue.

I woke up to a dead battery one morning, jumped it and *knock on wood* havent had any issue since.
Hopefully you have better luck than some of the others.

Is ford the only ones that can check that system? Or could the local shop do it/

I would use the ford dealership. Your well within warranty, and I don't know if a local shop would be able to diagnose something that may have to do with the sync system.

Cant hurt to ask, I just would use my warranty.
