Default Pop and lock tailgate

Any advice on correct wires for a 2013 F150 XLT.
I have tried two different blue and greens, violet/grey and grey/brown.
best I can get is with the bu/gr and Gy/Bn but it locks/unlocks then it’s like the lock all button is pressed repeatedly weaker and weaker but only works the first press.
I got info from pop and lock website, amazon & the wire diagrams I purchased but none of the combos seem to work correctly.
anyone here have it installed and working ??

Have you reached out to the manufacturer? I would hope they can stand behind their product and help you through the install.

You found the right wires, it seems. What is happening? Describe the button presses and reactions a little more detailed.

You can test the device with a 9volt battery unattached to the truck, if you are worried that it isn't working right.

I actually have a second actuator for another truck so I tried that one also and it acts identical.
The closest I’ve gotten is
When I connect it I immediately see it work (in/out) depending on what wire is connected, then when I press the button lock/unlock it will work for one button press.
Followed by all the locks(including this one) going the opposite way then they all click quickly and diminishing clicks like when the doors are already unlocked and you press it again as fast as you can 60 times.
when this happens I have control over the driver door to go back locked/unlock but only that one direction and if I press the other I get the million click or I get a dead button one way and million rapid click the other...
in the morning I’m going to try to cut off the bullet connectors and wire them direct to see if it’s a weak/intermittent connection or something...
I just don’t know what...
also! After I get the million click started if I pull it out of the connectors the rest of my locks don’t function correctly until I cycled the key with it unplugged.

Got it working. I needed to get rid of the bullet connectors it came with and direct connect.

It's amazing what a poor connection will do.
