Can someone help by telling me how to PM FordService in this
2009-2014 forum? Or do I need to PM in another area?
Thanks.

Just go to the Ford Customer Service section at the top of the forum home page. I'm a little confused by the question but I would just click on FordService's name to PM them make sure to include all of the information on your truck so they know what you're talking about.

Thanks esb281, I did as you said and was locked out by administrators. Don't know the reason, but I am new to the workings of this site. Anyway, in the FordService forum it says to PM in the forum your year truck is in. I don't see a place to PM there. I must have missed something somewhere. Could you give a step by step? You can PM me if need-be.

Hi cajunwaternut,

The part you're referring to ("If you have a question for FordService, please post it in your respective year range forum. You may also PM them directly.") is stating to post your concerns in the correct forum rather than in the Ford Service thread/sub-forum, and that you could also PM us, if you wanted.

What's going on with your F-150? Please let me know, along with your year and mileage.

Meagan

BTW, If you clicked on the bold FordService name in the post above yours, it pops up a menu. 2nd option down will allow you to send them a private message.

Hi cajunwaternut,

My name's Chad, and I'm a colleague of Meagan's. I'm pleased to hear you got that electrical concern squared away. Give me a shout if you have future questions or concerns; I'll be here.

Chad
