Default Please help me

I have a 2011 F150 and every light in the dash is on, the battery ,abs, air bag, traction control, brake, service, everything. I have been making repairs and I can not get the lights to go off on the dash. I have tried scan tool snap on modus, and disconnecting the battery and grounding the negative against the positive, and even taking a ground rod and piece of #4 solid copper and grounded it that way. How do I erase memory in all the modules so I can do further diagnostic and know what to test?

Were all the lights on before you started making repairs? What was the issue causing you to start the repairs?

Why can't you do diagnostics? Does the motor start? What codes are you getting?

this really should be deleted since nothing important has been added. OP has another thread. It's his truck that was a theft recovery and presumably had these issues upon recovery.
