Default Please Help Lifted 4x4 Problem !!!

I have a 2010 F-150 4x4 with a 6inch rough country lift 35's and 20x9 kmc hoss rims

My problem is that when I get up to around 50 and a lot when up to 65 I hear like a grinding sound coming from the drive side front don't hear anything from the passanger side.

If I tap the breaks or speed up or just let off the breaks the sound goes away only does it around 50 and up so still have no clue where the sound is coming from

When we lifted the truck it said to take off the dust shield on the rotors and we never did so fri afternoon we did and I was hoping that was the problem bec I have taken it to 2 different ford dealers in my area and they both have told me that the hubs were good bec 1st off I thought it was the hub and both dealers didn't try and screw me over and make me buy new hubs when they are find so the dust shield was they last thing to check and my truck is still making the same sound

I took it in fri afternoon to my truck guy and had him look everything over even after I did it and 2 other buddies looked at it and there was no grinding marks anywhere and everything is nice and tight so we all seem to be mind blown on what the sound could be .... all 3 of the people that have heard the sound and my pops I have let drive the truck so they could hear it as well and still nothing can't find a mark and nothing is lose

So I and everyone I ask has no clue so now I am asking all you guys if anyone has had this problem and heard a grinding noise ... any help anyone could give me would be great or anything else to check would be great I am about to buy new hubs and just see if that is the problem but everyone that has looked at it says thats not the problem and the one guy from ford I took on the road so he could hear it and he said it was just road noise after he checked everything out and the other ford dealer said the same thing but I wasn't in the truck with him but I don't see how it could be road noise so anyone with any help would be great

Thanks for taking the time to read this and tryin to help me be glad to answer anymore ?'s about the truck if I left anything out but I think thats all you need to maybe tell me what the problem is once again thanks

Head hurts... Sure sounds like a hub though.

Wow. USE PUNCUATION!! I have a headache now.

Jack wheel in air. Grab top and bottom. Wiggle with all your force. If it moves, bearings are shot in the hub. If not, hub is good.

Other than that, could be CV shafts, brakes dragging. Lots of things

Loose center cap? Wheel bearing? Can you turn to the right and make it sound worst or more noticeable while its making the noise while driving? Or if it changes with your brakes, I'd look them over for anything.

Is it just noise or can you feel a vibration with it too?

Sounds like you've got mud or something in your brakes

When I lifted my Grand Cherokee using a 4'' Superlift kit I had a similar problem, Same grinding sound when coasting but when I let off the gas, the sound went away.

My problem was that I didn't cut enough of the frame support to give the front drive shaft the extra room it needed after dropping the front axle.

Might not be the case with your truck but something to consider.
