First off I'd like to thank everyone who posts here and shares their ideas and tips that they've picked up over the years. I haven't posted much but I lurk often and there's no telling how much $$$ y'all have saved me because whenever I've had an issue I'm fairly certain I can find the do-it-yourself method here. Lol
I first heard of plastidip on here and after reading several threads and watching some videos on YouTube I decided to give it a go on my new to me 2010 Lariat. As most stated, the biggest pain was the prep in making sure the surfaces were clean and then tapping everything off, spraying the plastidip on was a breeze. All told it took me about 6 hours and 4 cans of plastidip to do the grille, bumpers and nerf bars.

Now for some pics.

Here's a before just to give an idea of the transformation.

Great job! That's the first lariat I've seen that's done that and it looks great with that blue. Nicely done! And new wheels as well?! That looks like a whole new beast. :-)
