Installed SCT Itsx Bluetooth tuner today but it didn't work. At least I got my wheels plasti-dipped!!! 4.5 coats only took 3.5 cans of the stuff. This will give me a chance to see if I like the dark rims. Not too bad for a rookie truck owner. Platinum is starting to finally get customized:

Tinted windows
F150 bug Guard
USB mod
4200 slyvania bulbs exterior
Interior all led bulbs
Gas monkey logo (on the way!!!)
Just need my blisteins and my tuner to work and I am set!!!

I didn't tape off the tire. Dip yourcar.com shows video tips. I just put trash bags around the rotor and then peeled dip off tire once I was done. I will post a pic later of entire truck. I needed a new look. Tired of the chrome!!!

Nice! Before I sold my Platinum a couple years back I was going to plasticote the wheels with gunmetal grey. My friend did his Prius wheels that color, and it looks good (as good as a Prius can look anyway).

I might try gunmetal this summer!!! I am not sold on black yet. I was wanting a set of black and gunmetal rims!
