I've briefly mentioned this before, but has anyone actually used this on your gauge cluster lens.
I just can't see that not doing more harm than good. Especially with how soft that lens is.
The meathead who prepped my truck put a good amount of barely visible scratches. Can't see them straight on, but when I get in, they bug the hell out of me.
You know... more first world problems.

That Sucks man, what about one of those plastic transparent covers like they sell for iPhone and smartphones? I had one on my explorer screen in 2011 and I remember it worked pretty well. They sell them custom cut for your screen just search online.

Can't help you repairing the existing scratches though sorry, that really stinks!

I use plexus spray, same stuff on my harley urea, helps polish and clean, remove fine scratches, I spray it on both cluster cover and Micro fiber cloth

I'll check that out. Thanks man. They sell it custom fit for the cluster, huh? I mean it's not like you can feel them or see them straight on. From the side tho, it looks like two wipes with the finest wet sandpaper.

My mistake, though you were talking about the nav screen.

I used it on a '97 BMW I bought for my daughter. You could barely see the gauges when we got it, and now it looks like new. I know it's not exactly the same thing as what's in your truck, but it's made for use on clear plastics. It even worked well on the rear window in the convertible top.

If that doesn't work, you could always try Ultimate Polish.

I would remove it, and Get the Megs Random Orbital Dual Action Drill Attachment to use with it. I Used that on some headlights and it worked pretty well. Of course that was after the 1000 - 2000 - 3000 Sand Paper runs too.
