The prototype worked so good, I decided to go full length both sides. Go them fabricated over the weekend and off to the powdercoater today!

I'm thinking about Line-X but afraid it will fill in the teeth gaps and dull the edges. May drop them by tomorrow to see what they say.

Had a friend of mine cut the grates and base brackets on his plasma cutter, charged me $140.00. Then it cost me a case of beer, one bottle Basil Hayden's bourbon (with help) and about 6 cigars to weld them up and make a jig.

Dang things are pricey!
