Hi just bought a 2009 ford f150 crew cab. It has a phone button on the radio but no phone button on wheel and there is two microphones in rear view mirror. I push the phone button and nothing happens and no display on radio about phone

 

Sounds like you may have to pair your phone with your truck via Bluetooth. The instructions can be found here:

Once you push the phone button, try using the arrows to scroll through options. If nothing is happening while scrolling you may need to have your dealer take a look at it.
