I got my 2010 F-150 5.4 4x4 about 2 months ago. I was wondering what performance mods everyone is using and how they like them. I thought it would be a good thread to have people put what performance mods they added to their F-150 and how they helped or if they didn't help. List things like how it effected MPG, Horsepower, throttle response, towing, and anything you noticed as a result of the modification. Thanks a lot.
