Yup I've tried that number also and no emergency info when I call. I don't usually care about updates but since it was already plugged in for the custom tunes on my laptop I just went through with it.

No I got my ids straight from the ford dealer in town. We take on a lot of their work on ambulances cause they don't wanna work on them so we need it. I'm on the way to shop right now and I'll record exactly what it does.

I got it all figured out. Thanks for the help though, I appreciate it. I was able to return it to stick with the sct. Not sure why I wasn't able to with the ids. For some reason I wasn't able to do the retune with the sct last night but today I was able too.
Anyone not sure about the 5star tuning or sct don't be worried. I think it was something I did That upset the tuner or perhaps while flashing it with the custom tunes. Possibly when I turned on the battery charger when it was already tuning. Not sure if it saw a voltage spike and didn't like it or something dumb.
