Default Passenger window wont work

Front passenger window will not go up or down with the button on the door or the drivers door.

How can i diagnose if it is the motor or the wiring? I doubt both switches went bad at once.

Thanks!

These are prints from a 2013 manual, maybe they will help. I would look at the ground wire behind the passenger side kick panel. That's the ground for the passenger side window motor and also the passenger side window switch. If you pull out the passenger side window switch and probe connector C604, pin 2 on the harness plug should have 12 volts to ground.
Good Luck.

Pull the plug going to the door, the 2 prongs that are corroded are the power and ground for the window motor.

The 2 at the bottom left need to be replaced.

you can troubleshoot switch by swapping front door and backdoor switches, they the same. I just did this. Amazon has them for $8. Switches pop right out ... very easy.
