Default Passenger window problem

Hello I have a 2012 Ford F-150 fx4 crew cab.

my front passenger window will not go down from the driver window switch . But if I use the passenger switch it will work . What really throwing me off is . When the window is down the master switch only is able to roll the window up . Even if I put the master switch on the down position the window still goes up . Master switch only puts the window up either way I push or pull my master switch button. ..... ANY IDEALS ?

Does "master" mean the driver side? You've got to use consistent language on the internet so people can understand you.

Sounds like the switch is broken. Although, you should check for broken wires in the driver door first.

Pull the switch out and check connections...then check continuity with a tester.
Its pretty easy to remove the switch. Just look it up on youtube.
