Passenger airbag light
Hello I'm new here and I have a question. I just bought a 2013 F-150 my first F-150 iv been a Ford Ranger guy. But I had my truck on and out of the shop for a few weeks and it's getting frustrating. I love the truck and want to drive it. Currently my issue is a airbag light coming on for the passenger side. The shop did their testing and replaced the buckle side and said it was fixed. I took the fam out and found it was not. Iv done some testing and found that the airbag light is off when someone sits in the seat with out buckling in. Ie the passenger airbag says on. Once the passenger buckles in with the passenger side belt it will switch to off and turn the airbag light on. Iv done some testing and found it only happens when you use the passenger belt. The drivers side doesn't cause the issue or even one of those plugs that turns off the alarm the passenger light says on. I'm not sure what to do about it. It could be a number of things. Sorry about the long post it's just frustrating.
