Default P1636 Code

Hi all, thanks for letting me join this group! I have a 2013 F150 4x4 STX 5.0. I went to start my truck, but the battery was low, so just got kind of a buzzing sound. So I put my 10 amp charger on the battery for about an hour, and then the truck started and ran just fine. However, I now have a "Low Tire Pressure" warning in my display, and my cheap OBDII code reader says I have a P1636 code. I know the code means "Inductive Signature Chip Communication Error". Do you guys know if those two things are related? By the way, all tire pressures on the truck are at 35 PSI. Also, my gas mileage does seem kind of low, at about 12.5 MPG city driving. Thanks for any help you can give!

EMTBRider...
Unless the BMS (Battery Management System) was reset after the charging, could be a low battery condition -or- PCM grounding issue.

And further, 1 hour charging a click-dead battery, even at 10amps, is no where near long enough.
