Guys, I would appreciate any help you can swing my way. My dad has a 10' F150 4.6L with the P0446 Evap code coming on. I took the canister vent off and tested it. It works like it should and actually looks to be newer. I tested for power and ground at the plug and I have battery power on the green wire 12v key on engine off. On the yellow/red wire I also have 3.5v key on engine off???? I assume that it isn't supposed to be like that. I would assume that the yellow/red is to be a ground wire? I cant find any schematic for it anywhere. Can someone shoot me one or tell me if both wires on the plug are to have power? Thanks Guys!
