I have a 2009 F150 4.6l that is showing a P0133 code (Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High). I replaced the MAF however the code still comes back. Is the Intake Air Temperature Sensor part of the MAF or is it seperate? Any suggestions on what to do next?

 

The IAT is integrated into the MAF sensor.

Most likely, you have either a wiring concern or a fault in the PCM.
